- There are days that are awesome, and there are days that are not so good.  I have come to expect this ebb and flow of grief emotion - it is okay to feel good, and not so good.  I am however, in allowing myself to feel, also careful not to sink into a cycle of hopelessness.  I keep tabs on myself.  On those really bad days when I feel myself losing grasp of positivity, I make sure to reach out to those close to me for redirection (family).  Having a conversation about anything - something as simple as a joke, talking about the day - anything that will connect me with someone who understands my pain, to distract me from negative thought flow, has helped.  It is one of the tools that is working for me. - LR
